In-App User Guide and tips

There is a comprehensive User Guide accessible from the Home menu. This explains many aspects of how to use the app.

In many of the menus there is an information button displayed. Press this button repeatedly to cycle through tips related to the User Interface in that context.

In-App sound not working

Check the device volume is not set to zero using the device volume buttons.

Does the device have a silent mode button that is switched on? Many devices have a switch next to the volume buttons which can be used to put the device into silent mode.

In the app, access the Settings menu from the hexagonal icon in the left panel in the Home menu. In the General settings tab ensure the sound effects volume is not muted. In the Foreign voice and Native voice tabs check the volumes are not muted.

No extension modules displayed

Your device needs to be connected to the internet briefly while running the app. Details of extension modules available for purchase will be downloaded while you use the app. This information is retained if your are then offline later.

Unable to purchase extension modules

You need to have an internet connection to be able to make purchases. The connection is also required to download the purchased files from our server. This should only take a few moments, and you can then use the module offline.

You also need to be signed in to a valid account on the device which allows you to make purchases.

There is a mistake in one of the wordlists

We make every effort to ensure the wordlists are correct. If you do spot a mistake, you can email us at wordlists@erayapps.com. If we agree, we will update the data on our servers, which will then be automatically downloaded next time you use the app with an internet connection.
