‘We’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to eRay Apps Ltd. ‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to a visitor to this website or a user of an eRay Apps app. Your ‘platform’ refers to the platform you use to access an app. ‘Personal data’ refers to data that could be used to identify someone.
Apps
This policy applies to all our apps.
Our apps contain no advertising and do not use or collect any personal data.
Educational apps may record your learning progress on your device.
Your progress, and any information entered within the apps are stored locally on your device in data files which might be backed up by your platform according to your settings with that platform.
We do not have access to those data files. We do not distribute any of this data to our servers or to any third parties.
Any in-app purchases made within our apps are made with your platform. Your platform might provide us with anonymised, collated data about downloads and purchases, which may include such things as the country or type of device from which downloads or purchases have been made.
This applies to the Listray app. This app allows you to enter textual data which at your discretion may include personal information. The app allows you to export this data in text files which you may use as you see fit. The app also allows you to transmit the data to other devices running the same app entirely at your discretion and under your control. This transmission is obfuscated but not encrypted, and we recommend that you do not transmit sensitive or personal information. We do not have access to any data transmitted in this way.
