Definitions

‘We’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to eRay Apps Ltd. ‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to a visitor to this website or a user of an eRay Apps app. Your ‘platform’ refers to the platform you use to access an app. ‘Personal data’ refers to data that could be used to identify someone.

Apps

This applies to the Vocab Maestro app. Our apps contain no advertising and do not use or collect any personal data. Your progress, and any information entered within the app are stored locally on your device in data files which might be backed up by your platform according to your settings with that platform. We do not have access to those data files.

Any in-app purchases made within our apps are made with your platform. Your platform might provide us with anonymised, collated data about downloads and purchases, which may include such things as the country or type of device from which downloads or purchases have been made.

Website

This applies to all web pages within the erayapps.com domain. This website does not use cookies or any other tracking technology.
